Eagle man, Rick, found at Caldwell Police Department
EAGLE, Idaho (CBS2) — UPDATE: The Eagle man who went missing Saturday was found at the Caldwell Police Department Monday morning, according to ACSO.

The Ada County Sheriff's Office is asking for people to be on the lookout for Rick Allen Foster.
They say he was last seen around 8 p.m. Saturday at his home on Artesian Road, which is off Linder between Chinden Boulevard and State Street.
Foster is 65 years old but the Sheriff's Office says he had the cognitive function of a 10 year old. He also left home without a coat.
